Regardless of your chosen location, you can expect all goods to be packaged and secured correctly during transit. We use trusted couriers to ensure that you receive your products in the condition that you expect.

Our goal is to charge you delivery rates that are fair and appropriate for our services. Please note that if you have selected doors from more than one brand, then more than one delivery charge will be applicable.  Our offering is such that you should be able to find all that you are looking for from one of our brands to help save the additional costs.

What happens once your place your order?

Once you have placed your order, our goal is to get your goods to your door as quickly and seamlessly as possible. Upon the order being placed, we will confirm your purchase via email which will also include any important information such as your delivery details. Should you have to change your delivery arrangements for whatever reason, make sure you contact our customer sales team who will be able to assist.

To help us provide you with the best possible delivery service, we arrange deliveries directly from our suppliers to save unnecessary time in transferring the goods to us first.  The deliveries may come to you on either our supplier’s transport or on a carefully appointed courier. 

Whatever the method of delivery, you should always get a call to arrange a date for each delivery.  If you are left a message advising a planned delivery date, please ensure you return the call to confirm you will be there to receive delivery. Due to the size and weight of the goods, delivery will not be attempted unless confirmation that you will be there has been received.

Most of our products are ex-stock on a lead time of 5-7 working days from order so long as you can be reached to arrange delivery.  Occasionally, due to demand, stock levels can be diminished resulting in longer lead times.  You will, of course, be advised if this is the case. If you have selected doors from more than one brand, you will get a delivery from each of these.  As these may arrive from a different courier, we cannot guarantee that these will all be on the same day.

All deliveries are arranged kerb side as is standard throughout the industry. We always recommend having a plan in place to handle transporting heavy and bulky goods inside your home. Tranik House Ltd also suggest notifying us of any access issues as we routinely use large delivery vehicles, and if access cannot be gained at point of delivery or if there is nobody present to accept delivery, re-delivery costs may be applicable.

Ensure that all goods are checked

Tranik House Ltd promise to take all necessary steps to ensure that any problems are kept to a minimum. However,  you must ensure that all goods are checked and that any shortages or damages are noted on the driver’s delivery note. Not all defects are immediately visible, so we always suggest conducting a thorough inspection and notifying us within 48 hours of receiving your goods.
