We highly recommend the Vision FD30 Fully Finished Oak Door with Walnut Inlay for a higher class of fire protection. The style of these doors is enduring and this is matched with its engineered construction. The walnut inlays contrast beautifully against the oak doors and add a nice finish. These doors are fully finished and have an FD30 fire safety rating for up to 30 minutes of fire protection.

All doors should be fitted using three ball bearing hinges. In the case of Fire Doors, you must use sufficiently Fire Rated hinges.

Latches and locks should not be fitted adjacent to door mid-rails as this may compromise the joint.

All hardware screw holes should be pre-drilled to prevent splitting of the timber.

To preserve the Fire Rating on any Fire Door you must ensure the door is correctly fitted and appropriate hardware is used in accordance with the Fire Certificate.

Rebated door pairs are supplied with separate instructions for fitting / trimming.

Any areas of the doors which are trimmed during the fitting process, including any cut outs for door furniture, will need to be re-finished in full before the fitting process has been completed.
