Latches and locks should not be fitted adjacent to door mid-rails as this may compromise the joint.

All hardware screw holes should be pre-drilled to prevent splitting of the timber.

To preserve the Fire Rating on any Fire Door you must ensure the door is correctly fitted and appropriate hardware is used in accordance with the Fire Certificate.

Rebated door pairs are supplied with separate instructions for fitting / trimming.

Any areas of the doors which are trimmed during the fitting process, including any cut outs for door furniture, will need to be re-finished in full before the fitting process has been completed.
